Refund Policy

At SmartScale, we prioritise excellence and transparency. To maintain quality, we offer the following refund guidelines:

 

  1. Consulting Services

Refunds are not available for completed or ongoing consulting services because they require time, expertise, and resource allocation.

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has not started, and
  • A cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment.

 

  1. Digital Products (Templates, Toolkits, PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once access is granted, no refund, exchange, or cancellation is permitted.

 

  1. Service Packages & Retainers

Clients may cancel monthly subscriptions with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds for partially used months.

 

  1. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, is duplicated, or is charged in error, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 business days upon verification.
